At The Minimun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@theminimun.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@theminimun.com.
