Affiliate Program - The MiniMun

Welcome to The Minimum Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

To join The Minimum Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration process and be approved by The Minimum. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.

As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote The Minimum through your unique affiliate link on social media, blogs, emails, or websites.
You must ensure that all marketing efforts and promotions comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to truth-in-advertising and privacy regulations.
Affiliates may not use any false, misleading, or deceptive claims in their promotions.
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in paid advertising using our brand name or bidding on any paid search keywords that include “The Minimum” or variations thereof.

Affiliates will earn a 25 % commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions will be calculated on the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
The cookie duration for tracking sales through affiliate links is 7-14 days. Any sales made after this period will not qualify for a commission.

Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met.
Payments will be made via PayPal to the account details provided during registration.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. The Minimum is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect information.

Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm The Minimum’s reputation, including but not limited to illegal activities, spamming, offensive content, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Affiliates are prohibited from representing themselves as employees or agents of The Minimum.
Affiliates must not promote The Minimum through websites or channels that contain adult, illegal, or objectionable content.

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Minimum’s logos, banners, and marketing materials provided through the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates may not modify any of The Minimum’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, affiliates will cease using The Minimum’s marketing materials and will no longer be eligible for commissions on any sales made after the termination date.

The Minimum reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Minimum is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles..

By joining The Minimum Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
